- Duty and taxes that may be applied by your country are your responsibility. KabayanCentral will handle Philippine-side taxes only. From our experience, the US * normally * do not impose any tax for personal consumption but European, Australia, Canada and other former Commonwealth Countries are very strict with cigars.
- To be sure, inquire from your local courier (FedEx/DHL/UPS) regarding the possibility of taxes. Be sure that you tell them clearly that you are buying cigars (finished product) and not tobacco (raw material).
- Absolutely NO REFUNDS / RETURNS on unclaimed cigars which the customer REFUSES to pay the tax/duty.
- Cigars are shipped by Express only. Regular postal delivery is not suitable because the cigars may go stale. Also, express couriers have a tracking service.
- If you have an account with FedEx, DHL or UPS it may be possible for us to send the cigars to you collect.
- You can view the shipping charge of your order from the shoppping cart and still cancel your purchase, if you wish to. You get charged ONLY AFTER we send out the parcel NOT when you place your order online.
