To place a special order for any Filipino item not included in this online catalog, simply follow the following steps:

1. Send an e-mail to orders@kabayancentral.com describing each item you would like to find. To avoid confusion, try to include as much information as possible, by specifying any known information, like
   • name of item
   • description of item
   • brand
   • quantity
   • distinguishing quality, if any
   
    
2. KabayanCentral.com will find the items you requested, and advise you of availability and estimated purchase price via e-mail.
    
3. You can finetune your order, and adjust the item list, by replying to the e-mail ( isn't e-mail such a wonderful invention? ). When you are satisfied that the order is correct, simply give the guys at orders@kabayancentral.com your Go signal.
    
4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from orders@kabayancentral.com, containing the list of items you would like to purchase, and the total purchase price (cost of goods plus shipping).
    
5. If you agree to the list and purchase price, go to this page Order Any Filipino Item!, and click on the Buy US Dollar Credits button below

6. After adding the US Dollar Credit item, view your shopping cart, and modify the quantity of the US Dollar Credit Item, to exceed the purchase price.
    
7. Each US dollar Credit is worth US$1.00, so if the agreed upon price is US$ 15.50, you must "buy" 16 US Dollar Credits. However, we will charge you only the exact price of US$15.50.
