Maging Sino Ka Man
Volume 1In spite of having the world at the palm of her hand , socialite Jackie Madrigal (Bea Alonzo), is still yearning for something more real than her fairytale life. That is until she crosses paths with Eli Davide (John Lloyd)- a modern-day pauper who is forced by dire circumstances to take Jackie away and give her more than what she has bargained for; a rustic setting to Jackie's now obliterated memory due to the amnesia she suffered after being the target of the kidnapping gone awry. With Jackie's memory empty as a blank canvas, Eli paints for her the fictitious character of Princess, and for them a fictitious life of being husband and wife. Meanwhile Jackie's sudden disappearance leaves her boyfriend, JB Berenguer (Sam Milby), with yet another crisis to struggle with aside from his mother's (Chinchin Gutierrez), insufferable control over his life, which in turn paves the way for him to get close to the last person on earth that his formidable mother would want him to get associated with: Jackie's flamboyant cousin, Celine Magsaysay (Anne Curtis), who has been harboring secret feelings for him all this time. Volume 2
Celine (Anne Curtis) and JB (Sam Milby) get stuck in an island together, and here JB gets to glimpse a side to Celine that is obscure to most people- and a Celine that he needs to cope with the pain of losing Jackie. Upon this realization JB offers Celine a job, giving the latter a chance to spend more time with the love of her life. Meanwhile a series of near encounters pressures Eli (John Lloyd) to find a way to restore Jackie (Bea Alonzo) to where she rightfully belongs, but deep within his heart is the desire to continue the pretense of being a married couple, which is also not helped when the still oblivious Jackie tries to be the perfect wife for Eli. Volume 3
Working in such close quarters renders JB to fall in love with Celine and they admit their feelings for each other in an out-of-town excursion. But all too soon Celine discovers a revelation that is far more outstanding than that of JB's confession: Jackie is alive. Meanwhile Jackie, shaken by her encounter with Celine and caught up in a fire incident in the market, regains her memory back and goes home to her tycoon father Fidel Madrigal. Volume 4
As Jackie resumes her life as an heiress, Eli clutches close to his heart the lone slipper his princess had left in the market pandemonium. Unable to come to terms with this sudden loss, Eli roams the city in search of Jackie only to encounter an even greater pain--- looking into her eyes again and seeing no trace of recognition. Meanwhile, Jackie's return dispels all promises of a beautiful romance between JB and Celine. As JB remains torn amidst the petrifying turn of events, Celine is propelled into a rollercoaster of emotions, beginning with the urge to reclaim a part of JB's past that makes him rightfully hers. Volume 5
Jackie is back from the US and puts up her own landscape garden business in defiance of her overprotective father. JB is equally preoccupied in proving his competence to his mother with regard to handling their shipping business. As they continue to struggle to redefine their relationship, JB vows he won't let them fall apart. But a chance encounter at a wedding proves to him that Celine's allure is as strong as ever. Meanwhile, Eli decides to let go of the past to be able to move on. But fate intervenes when Eli saves JB's life and ends up working for him. Will Eli able to handle the fact that his "Princess" is his employer's girlfriend? Volume 6

Celine and Jackie finally tresh out their differences and Celine makes amends by accompanying her cousin to a remote barrio they suspect Jackie to have lived in during her disappearance. Jackie brings along Eli and Celine in a supposedly relaxing trip with JB to the latter's rest house. Could this trip turn out to be an eye-opener for all four instead? Volume 7
On a perfect night that inspires hearts to run free, JB and Celine make love, and Jackie and Eli revisit the cottage where they had once lived as husband and wife. Reality, However, reality creeps in the morning and sets them in their painful places in the next days. JB confesses that Celine is the woman he loves, but Corazon's near-death encounter consumes him with the guilts and compels him to propose to Jackie. Eli's resignation from his job, on the other hand, petrifies Jackie to the point of professing her love for him. Young Hearts are not the only ones broken as Fidel and Monique take another chance at love only to discover that love is not enough to stay together. Volume 8
Eli and Kackie's elopement does not lead to a happy ending but instead ushers in a series of ominous occurrences that turns them into mortal enemies. Jackie's memory is fully restored, and Eli experiences his greatest suffering yet as Fidel's wrath leaves him with a dead father and a brother behind bars. It is no coincidence that Oca picks up Eli from the depths of his devastation- Oca himself is behind Jackies kidnap after which he cleverly orchestrates every event until the perfect time when Eli's anger towards Fidel is so overwhelming, not even his love for Jackie can obliterate the desire for revenge. Volume 9
Fidel turns a new leaf as he allows Jackie to once again choose her won path and permitting Monique (Bing Pimentel) back into their lives. Meanwhile, Gloria hands over her share of RSL stocks to her son Eli, who puts it to good use by putting his revenge into action. First, he resigns from RSL and demands that Corazon pay his share of the company stocks. This forces Corazon and JB to liquidate almost all their assets that is now imperative for JB to marry Jackie for the Madrigal name and money. But the biggest threat is Eli's impending pullout of all his money from Fidel's bank causing a panic among its depositors. Only Jackie can stop Fidel's ruin as Eli gives a precondition- Jackie has to marry him. How far is Jackie willing to go to save her father's reputation? Volume 10
Eli (John Lloyd Cruz) is almost consumed by his desire for revenge but he still manages to let Fidel (Christopher De Leon) go free. This angers Oca and the two have a falling out. Meanwhile, the wedding is on and Jackie (Bea Alonzo) marries a Roxas. But who will it be? JB (Sam Milby) or Eli (John Lloyd Cruz)? The jilted man is mad with rage and he picks up a gun. What will his humiliation push him to do? Volume 11
Corazon (Chin Chin Gutierrez) refuses any help from her sister and nephew because of pride. This forces her to sell Roxas Shipping Lines for a pittance. There is a reversal of fortunes, as JB (Sam Milby) becomes a salaried employee to help make ends meet. Celine (Anne Curtis) seeks closure with JB and finally embraces Brian's love wholeheartedly. Eli (John Loyd Cruz) is busy meeting his investment analyst almost every night and this creates a riff with Jackie (Bea Alonzo) as she learns the investment analyst is a woman - a single, pretty and smart woman. But it is Oca who makes a grand gesture before committing suicide. He fulfills his promise of ending everything by forcing Eli's car off the road. But the car has four passengers - Eli, Jackie, Brian (Ryan Eigenmann) and Celine. Who lives? And who dies? Volume 12
The rift between Eli (John Loyd Cruz) and Jackie (Bea Alonzo) caused by jealousy reaches an understanding that makes them decide to have seperate rooms for the moment. Corazon (Chin Chin Gutierrez) attacks Celine (Anne Curtis) who loses her child in the aftermath. This is the last straw as JB (Sam Milby) finally realizes how wicked his mother is. He leaves home and goes to the province to find himself. Corazon plunges into a deep depression as she tries to survive her impending poverty. JB ends up working for the mysterious Amang who claims he wouldn't mind if the young man would consider him as a second father. Meanwhile, Eli intensifies his search for his biological father with a certain Tomas Arroyo emerging to be his prime candidate. Will Eli be proven right? Volume 13
The sinister Mister Oca Leaves a letter clearly proving that the Madrigal-Roxas civil wedding was a sham. With no excuse to hold them together, Jackie and Eli seperate. Jackie and Celine flies to the U.S. to join Jackie's parents. Meanwhile, the mystery of Eli's father is still not clarified but Gloria declares it is definitely not Thomas Arroyo. Although Thomas is now Corazon's new benifactor as her life is restored to its former grandeur. On the contrary, JB leads a very different life from his mother. He continues to thrive under Amang's tutelage and finds the simple life in his chosen island soothing and therapeutic. Eli finds himself the new owner of a farm and shares his cousin's affinity for the simple life. Working with his hands and reconnecting with his roots brings out the old Eli - down-to-earth, generous and kind. Through the conspiracy of their respective families, Jackie finds herself spending two weeks in Eli's sanctuary. Will they admit that they are still each other's only love? Volume 14
Eli and Jackie finally admit they still love each other and Eli throws an engagement party to rejoice the momentous occasion. Gloria joins her son in his island to help celebrate but unexpectedly encounters JB's mentor who turns out to be Eli's father. Meanwhile, JB and Celine also iron out their differences and reunite as a couple. Corazon goes to the island to see how her son is doing and is surprised by Celine's continued presence in her son's life. She walks off in disgust only to encounter Amang who considers her his only love. Tomas catches them and comes to the wrong conclusion. But life is rarely idyllic. And happy moments are often balanced with heartbreaking news. As Eli goes down on one knee to ask for Jackie's hand in marriage, gunshots are fired.
